3.2 Authorization

By engaging our services, you authorize us to:

• Dispose of debris and damaged materials as necessary

3.3 Emergency Services

For emergency services, you authorize us to take immediate action to prevent further damage. Emergency mitigation work may begin before a complete estimate is provided to minimize property damage.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards

• Bank transfers
• Direct insurance payments (when applicable)

4.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Emergency services may require a deposit

4.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to:

4.4 Insurance Payments

If your insurance company is paying for services:

• You remain ultimately responsible for all charges

5. Insurance Claims

• We are not responsible for insurance company decisions or claim denials
• You must provide accurate information to your insurance company
• You are responsible for understanding your policy coverage and limitations

6. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the damage and property
• Grant access to the property for assessment and work
• Remove or secure valuable items before work begins
• Maintain clear communication regarding the project
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Follow our recommendations for safety and damage prevention
• Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of [X years] from project completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover:

10. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation after work begins may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered
